I had a good experience at the 1500 South Harbour City Blvd location! The staff was very friendly, pleasant, and polite. I enjoyed going there for my morning coffee before work. The store manager always acknowledged me when I walked in. He smiled and engaged with customers.
On our recent Dunkin visit (store # 363578), we experienced the most pleasant young man, Jonathan, assisting with our order that we have ever had at Dunkin. He was extremely courteous and efficient and had excellent communication skills. This was by far the most pleasant visit we have experienced to Dunkin in quite some time. I purchased 6/26, Store #344961, order #6943. I want to say that the store was filthy. The floor was so sticky I thought my shoes were going to stay on the floor when I lifted my feet. Looking at the doughnuts through the 1980 glass doughnut showcase is plain disgusting. On top of the glass display were old crumbs stuck in the sides. I counted two dead flys and a dead spider lying on top of the display. The clerk was obvious, not to mention the uncountable amount flying around. I bought the doughnuts, but I was in shock and didn’t know why I did. Anyway, I just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention

I don’t complain very often, but today, I stopped at Dunkin’ to treat myself. I asked about the specials. They said they had a $4 large espresso drink. I ordered it. She said pull around for your total I did. When I went to pay, she took my cash very quickly and shut the window super quickly. So fast. I couldn’t even stop her from having her scan for my rewards. Then, when I get the receipt, she says you can log it in on the app. I can’t find a place to do that. However, my issue is that I paid the total price, $5, for my drink. When I said something, she blew it off and didn’t want to correct it. Then, when I was handing my drink at the next window, I asked for a manager and was told there was not one on shift. I asked if I knew who did it. I am still determining who the lady who rang me out at the first window was. But he didn’t even offer to refund me my dollar. I know it’s a dollar. It’s the principle of it. She was way too fast and didn’t want to correct the issue and didn’t know how to correct the issue. She was poorly trained, and I didn’t receive the best customer service today. Thank you. Which is sad. I prefer Dunkin’ to Starbucks any day—however, not today. Customer service was definitely lacking. Especially when nobody even offered to fix anything. This was store 534148 in Englewood, Ohio.
I asked for no sprinkles but got a box of sprinkled donuts. Last time, they gave me melted frosting that I tossed because the kids thought they were gross. I guess when you go through the drive-up, this happens, so I quit going.
